By accessing or using the Adnova service at adnova.vsolu.dev, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Adnova.

Adnova is a TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads analytics platform for businesses. The service includes:

• A unified dashboard showing ad cost, shop revenue, and ROI metrics
• Daily automated synchronisation of performance data from TikTok APIs
• Multi-shop and multi-ad-account management with role-based access
• Optional export of aggregated reports to Lark Base spreadsheets

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, except as otherwise required by law.

When you register an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep your password confidential and take responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorised access
• Not share your account credentials with others without authorisation

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority under your local law to use this service.

When using the service, you must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Use the service for fraud, deception, or to harm others
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Copy, distribute, or exploit the service beyond its intended personal or business use
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Disrupt the service or the experience of other users
• Use automated bots or scrapers against Adnova's own systems

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Data retrieved from TikTok Shop API and TikTok Marketing API is provided “as-is”as received from TikTok's systems. Adnova acts solely as a display and aggregation layer; we do not alter, fabricate, or guarantee the accuracy of TikTok-sourced data.

Adnova is not liable for inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed data returned by TikTok APIs. Discrepancies between figures shown in Adnova and figures shown in TikTok Seller Center or TikTok Ads Manager may occur due to:

• Synchronisation timing:Adnova pulls data once daily; real-time figures in TikTok's own portals may differ until the next sync.
• Currency conversion:Cost and revenue figures are converted using exchange rates available at the time of sync, which may differ from TikTok's internal rates.
• API limitations: TikTok may apply data caps, rounding, or delays to API-returned metrics that differ from their internal reporting.

You should verify any critical business decisions against TikTok's own reporting tools (TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager) before acting on data shown in Adnova.

Adnova and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the service, including the software, user interface, logo, and content we create.

You retain ownership of the data you bring to the service. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use that data solely to provide the service to you.

We aim to provide reliable access to Adnova but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party API outages (including TikTok) may cause temporary downtime. We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adnova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including losses arising from reliance on TikTok API data.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or using the account deletion feature in the application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or if we determine that action is necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties.

We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
